The need for more exercise is one of the most universal acknowledgements made by those who make new year’s resolutions, but it’s easy to backslide, especially when hectic days start to take over. We all know the importance of an active lifestyle, healthy exercise and healthy habits, but sometimes actually living it out gets difficult. A great way to incorporate physical activity into your homeschool, build good habits from an early age, connect with others in your community, and spend time as a family is to take up a healthy activity together.
