I Spy #41

Each week Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook shares a set of prompts for photos. On Saturday she invites participants to share their photos in the I Spy 2021 linkup.

- mess - there are any number of messes in and around my house every day of the week, but few are a suitable subject for a photo. This poor tomato plant suffered from neglect at the end of the growing season and the resulting mess made an interesting photo.

- patch - Our weather consisted of 'patches of fog' every morning this week. One morning it was particularly thick, and I got this photo as it was starting to clear.

- mystery - Part of my collection of mystery novels. These are parts of two series by a favorite author.

- funny - This squishy minion was in a gift package from my secret sister at the beginning of the year. Family members and I have been hiding him in various places for months now, almost like a treasure hunt version of the elf on the shelf. The kids hid him last, and I spent all week looking for him. Luckily I found him today so I had a subject for this prompt!

- your choice - another spiderweb. Noticed this one on a foggy morning, and thankfully it was my husband rather than me that discovered the trailing strings hanging above the car.

iSpy 2021 is hosted by Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook. The idea is to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and do something different with your photos. Anyone can participate by taking five new photos during the week that fit the prompts. Link up during the week and have fun!
